How does a company become an exhibitor at SCI’s Annual Hunters’ Convention?
Prospective exhibitors need to fill out the Request to Participate Form, and include full payment of the 50% booth deposit. In addition, to be considered, prospective exhibitors are required to submit the appropriate donor agreement (Hunt, Non-hunt, or Firearm donor form).

When will new companies receive notification if they are accepted?
After all returning exhibitors have been placed on the show floor the prospective exhibitors will reviewed and notified in mid-July if accepted.

If accepted, when is the deadline for submission of paperwork and donations?
Full payment of booth fees are due 30 days after exhibit or contract date of September 1, whichever occurs first. The final date to submit approved donations is September 1.

How many people attend SCI’s convention?
Typically, SCI expects 18,000 – 20,000 members to attend the Ultimate Sportsmen's MarketTM. The four day show is a member’s only event.

How many companies exhibit?
Over 1,100 companies from around the world are exhibiting. The show has a variety of Guides and Outfitters, the finest gun makers and artists, taxidermy, outdoor gear and much more!
